First shuttle to Citizens Ballroom departs the Hilton Garden Inn → Courtyard → Citizens Ballroom.

3:40 PM:

Second (and final) shuttle to Citizens Ballroom departs the Hilton Garden Inn → Courtyard → Citizens Ballroom.

3:55 PM:

All guests seated for Ceremony.

4:00 PM:

Ceremony, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.

8:25 PM:

Early shuttle (or stay on the dancefloor!) departs Citizens Ballroom, returning to the Visitation → Hilton Garden Inn → Courtyard (the shuttle will run a continuous loop from venue to hotels).

10:30 PM:

Last Song; Final shuttles depart from Citizens Ballroom returning to the Visitation → Hilton Garden Inn → Courtyard.
